Everything was perfect, including courteous staff and nice location in the heart of Rome. Good service, they fixed problem when I asked them to. The facilities were good too.

Ideal, particularly good location so close to everything. Also - right by Vatican City and other city's major attractions and the main train station.

Overall it was a REALLY GREAT stay in September. All the staff members were superfriendly.
Some people working there were very unpolite.

We were moved to an a double room and had air conditioning and a storage. The hotel was in the central setting in the heart of Rome.

truly enjoyed our rooms with "private bathroom. the location was ideal and nice, close to all transports, convenient to go everywhere. the staff were very amiable, it was a bonus.
Well, the area was very unsafe overall.
